Hilliard

Hilliard is located in the western portion of Franklin County adjacent to I-270 and is about fifteen minutes driving time to downtown Columbus. Hilliard has a wide variety of housing including apartments, condominiums and traditional single family homes. Hilliard and its surrounding areas outside of 270 have experienced quite a bit of newer residential construction since the late 1990’s and is very popular with families looking for more home for the dollar, good schools, and newer/modern floor plans.
